Word Clues

Whether one is adept in the English Language or just starting to learn, word clues are one of the easiest ways to understand a passage that contain words that are not in one's word bank. As seen in the image above, words can be dissected into Prefixes, Base words, Roots and Suffixes. This makes understanding a word easier on the eyes as the word is split into its fundamental definitions so that one is able to grasp the meaning of each part and combine them to get the original definition of the word in discussion. Implementing this is crucial to learning new words on the spot without the need of a dictionary.
