A Haphazard Development
The note taking method that will be stated is not exactly its own standalone but an improved version of the Outlining method, picked up and further developed by author Cedric Roy (AKA Choi); it consists of the foundation of the outlining method while including the Reflection aspect utilized in the Cornell method.
What this proposes is that Choi's note taking method takes advantage of the efficiency of the outlining method while being informative by reflecting on the notes made whenever possible. This method does not require the student to necessarily have to reflect on the whole passage in one go but to instead reflect on the notes made whenever the lecturer takes a break or is not providing ground-breaking information; the student can take this time to refine the notes made in another color.
As shown below, the notes can be further made easy to read via the help of different pen colors, arrows, and the use of underlining for semi-important content within the notes.
