Refusal to Coorperate

Scenario

2 team members refuse to work co-efficiently with one another and resultantly led to the decrease in moral of the whole team; Tasks are unable to be finished by the  given deadline.

Cause of the conflict

Personal conflicts between 2 members.

Resolution

  • To advise the members in question to have a proper conversation regarding the issues that they have between each other and to come to a conclusion that will appease both parties.
  • To encourage healthy relationships between all members of the team to further strengthen their synergy.
